You do not need to pay a setup or installation fee to get started or any other hidden fees.

Our call center software is a VoIP PC-Based system. All you need to operate our software is a computer, a headset, and high-speed internet.

Call2Kitchen’s ACD automatically routes callers according to their needs to the correct agent. It could be configured so that it redirects customers calling to check on the status of their order to a specific agent while other agents receive calls from new customer’s placing an order. Our smart routing system will route calls to agents most suited to answer each inbound call based on availability and skills. These settings could be configured and changed at any time.

No, our software solution provides an automatic integration which extracts menus and products directly from your POS System. Additionally, this same tool is configured to perform the following tasks simultaneously:

Our software solution automatically directs orders to the corresponding location based on the customer’s address. Once the POS receives the order, our software is notified that the order was successfully billed. If a failure occurs, the agent directing the order will get a notification.
